Kennel Cough

whilst we at wagzandwhiskers take every precaution to stop the spread of Kennel Cough, KC can occur in the cleanest environment. it is an airborne virus and even the KC inoculation cannot stop your pet from catching it.

we do ask that your pet IS inoculated against KC but that is your decision as a pet owner.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated, flead and wormed before taking part in our services.

End Of Service

When a contract is ended, you will be requested to give as much notice as you can, so that we can adjust the diaries to show the stop of the service.

an invoice will be sent out for payment and on receipt of payment, keys will be returned to your home address by one of our representatives

Bookings

Bookings for Day care or, Dog Boarding will only be taken with a non refundable 25% deposit.

Full balance is to be paid 7 days BEFORE the sit/board takes place.

Cancellations

If a booking has been taken without a deposit and a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start of the booking, then a cancellation fee will be charged. payable on receipt of cancellation invoice.

Payment of a deposit depicts that you have accepted our terms and conditions.

Day care absences will be charged at full rate of 50% of day rate

Death of a Pet

If your pet becomes ill in our care, we will contact OWNERS first, if uncontactable then we will contact your emergency contact and the vet. IF WE FEEL IT NECESSARY we will transport the pet to the vets for treatment.

YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR THESE FEES and if in the extreme circumstances that your pet passes away then, we will follow the instructions on your VETINARY RELEASE FORM to either instruct the vet to cremate or store your pet at the surgery.
